At MEDITOPIS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With all tags attached and in the original packaging

Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact Us: Email support@meditopis.com or call (307) 621-0431 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please specify this when contacting us.

  • Once the original item is returned, we will process and ship the exchange.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Please provide clear photos of the defect or damage when you contact our support team.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective product, or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
